Key Account Director - Extended Stay
Location & Hours:
Based at our London offices 5 days per week, with core hours of 9-5 (40 hour working week). Flexibility required to travel within the UK and Europe, depending on business needs.
In this role you will be responsible for:
Managing a portfolio of extended stay accounts, including relocation and booking agencies, ensuring strong relationships, client satisfaction, and repeat business.
Supporting new business development through lead generation, prospecting, and converting opportunities within the extended stay sector.
Assisting in the development and execution of account plans to drive revenue, improve retention, and support long-term growth.
Preparing tailored commercial proposals, supporting rate negotiations, and assisting with RFPs and contracting processes.
Collaborating closely with revenue, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding and delivery of client expectations.
Monitoring account performance, preparing reporting and insights, and delivering client-facing updates.
Representing Edyn at industry events, client meetings, and networking opportunities within the extended stay and relocation markets.
Acting as a brand ambassador, consistently reflecting Edyn's values and service standards in all external interactions.
In this role you will need the following:
Experience:
4+ years' experience in hotel, serviced apartment, or relocation housing sales, ideally across multiple markets.
Experience managing client portfolios with annual revenues of 3m+.
Familiarity with extended stay sales channels, sales cycles, and procurement processes.
Proven ability to manage accounts, support revenue targets, and contribute to commercial success.
Previous experience in a sales, business development, or account management role within hospitality or related sectors.
Skills:
Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
Strong commercial awareness with the ability to support rate negotiations and client discussions.
Confident using CRM tools and reporting platforms to track and support sales activity.
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and skilled at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
