Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services to existing clients.
Conduct thorough analysis of client needs and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client requirements.
Prepare and present sales proposals, reports, and forecasts to senior management.
Lead negotiations with key clients to secure contracts and agreements that align with company objectives.
Monitor account performance and provide regular updates to stakeholders on progress against targets.
Utilise Salesforce effectively for tracking sales activities, managing customer interactions, and reporting.
Requirements
Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in a Key Account Management role.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is essential.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
