Act as the primary liaison for a number of key clients, maintaining proactive and positive working relationships.
Actively develop new client accounts and foster opportunities to win new business.
Be the client's representative within Adaston, ensuring all areas of the business (commercial, operational, etc.) are aligned to deliver outstanding service.
Attend client meetings, either virtually or in-person, to present updates, reports and discuss opportunities or concerns.
Maintain a strong working knowledge of active projects and service delivery status for your client base.
Our ideal Candidate:
A confident and professional communicator, comfortable engaging with senior client stakeholders and internal teams alike.
Proven experience in account management, client services or related roles, ideally within construction, compliance or consultancy environments is essential, experience in the passive fire protection sector specifically would make a very strong candidate.
Highly organised, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple accounts and projects concurrently.
Commercially aware, with a strong understanding of project delivery lifecycles and internal process alignment.
A team player with initiative, who thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated and enthusiastic about growing client relationships and enhancing service quality.
