In this role as London-based Effisus
Key Account Manager
, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening relationships with key customers in the facade construction segment, delivering innovative and high-performing solutions, and ensuring that project requirements are met to the highest standards.
Your activities would include:
Fundamental Competences:
Proven experience in sales of building materials
10 years of experience in sales of building materials
Track record of making agreements and influencing contractors, distributors and or wholesalers etc.
English C1/C2 (mandatory); Other languages are a plus
Goal oriented and initiative-taking self-starter
Strong communicator & Networker
Main Responsibilities :
Sales and Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within maintenance, industrial roofing, distributors and wholesaler, focusing on securing key contracts and partnerships to sell our innovative flashing portfolio
Develop and execute strategic account development plans to drive growth, profitability, and long-term partnerships.
Work closely with the technical team to deliver presentations and demonstrations of products and services to clients.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements that maximize value for both the company and clients.
Client Relationship Management:
Develop and nurture strong relationships with customers' key decision-makers
Serve as the primary point of contact for major clients, understanding their unique requirements, project specifications, challenges and more.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering innovative technical solutions that meet their needs
Project Management and Coordination:
Collaborate across the organisation to ensure seamless delivery of solutions from proposal to project completion.
Oversee key projects and partnerships ensuring that client expectations are met and technical solutions are implemented
Product Knowledge:
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company's portfolio of technical solutions, including materials, software, and innovative technologies used
Stay informed about competitors' offerings and industry advancements, ensuring our solutions remain competitive and differentiated.
Basic academic background:
Degree
Preferred training:
Bachelor's in business management or civil engineering preferred but not a must.
Languages:
Fluent English
Compensation:
50K - 60K plus commission (20K OTE and uncapped) + KPI Bonus + Car + Phone
Others
:
UK citizen or have a valid permanent residence and or working visa for more than 2 years in the UK.
Midland or north Preferred
National Travel is required.
