Due to continued expansion, we're looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and motivated Key Account Sales Representative to join our growing team.
The Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive individual with a strong client relationship sales background to develop and manage a growing network of dealership clients across South Cheshire, Crewe, Stoke-on-Trent, Derby, and Nottingham.
Your focus will be on building and maintaining a portfolio of dealership accounts, promoting our high-quality repair services, and supporting the ongoing growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting the Sales & General Manager in achieving regional growth targets
Prospecting, cold calling, and promoting the business to the car dealership network
Building, developing, and maintaining your own portfolio of dealership clients across the defined territory
Managing and nurturing relationships with existing accounts to ensure ongoing satisfaction and repeat business
Liaising with dealership sales teams, sales managers, and dealer principals to identify new opportunities
Acting as the main point of contact between dealership clients and our repair technicians
Conducting forecourt "pitch walks" to identify sales opportunities
Following up on leads and enquiries via phone and email
Maintaining excellent customer service standards and upholding company values at all times
About You:
We're looking for someone who is:
Experienced in account management sales environment (minimum 2 years) -- ideally within the automotive dealership sales or aftersales sector but not essential
Confident in field sales, client account management and business development
Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently
Presentable, professional, and customer-focused
A confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
Organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple accounts effectively
Based within or able to travel regularly across South Cheshire, Crewe, Stoke, Derby, and Nottingham
