GME Group is continuing its rapid growth across social housing, commercial and public-sector maintenance frameworks. To support this expansion, we are recruiting a highly organised, detail-driven Analytical Administrator who will also carry out key elements of our Key Account Manager duties.
This is a pivotal role within our operations team -- perfect for someone who thrives on structure, accuracy, data and delivering outstanding service to our clients.
The Role
You will play a critical role in supporting the management of key contracts, ensuring seamless delivery and exceptional customer service. This role combines strong administrative ability with analytical thinking and contract coordination.
Your duties will include:
Data & Reporting
Producing clear, accurate daily/weekly/monthly performance reports
Analysing job data, KPIs, tracker information and portal outputs
Identifying trends, risks and opportunities for improvement
Uploading, auditing and verifying information on client systems and internal software
Scheduling & Coordination
Managing work schedules and ensuring efficient allocation of operatives
Monitoring live jobs and progressing work through to completion
Ensuring all evidence, photos and completion details are uploaded on time
Key Account Manager Duties
Acting as a point of contact for commissioners, clients and tenants
Providing updates, resolving issues efficiently and professionally
Ensuring SLAs, KPIs and client expectations are consistently met
Supporting contract managers and surveyors with job progression
Contract Administration
Supporting invoice preparation, job costing and financial tracking
Ensuring contract documentation, records and QA evidence are maintained to a high standard
Other administrative duties as and when required
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
Highly analytical with excellent attention to detail
Confident with data, reporting and Excel/Microsoft packages
Able to plan, prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
A strong communicator with exceptional customer-service standards
Experienced in contract administration, operations, scheduling or key account support (social housing experience ideal but not essential)
Process-driven, proactive and able to work well under pressure
