Evolve Dynamics is an engineering company specialising in UAV systems - aircraft, payloads and software, based in the United Kingdom. We provide best in class mission specific surveillance and special purpose aircraft of different types and sizes, as well as camera modules and other payloads, for public sector services, private security and defence. Our customers include UK police, fire fighters, Ministry of Defence as well as other NATO police forces and defence organisations. We also heavily support Ukraine, where we have many users. Innovation and perfection is in our DNA and we are one of the leading UAS companies in the world. We have been going since 2016 and have over 40 staff globally. We cover multiple engineering disciplines from mechanical, aerodynamics, electronics, radio, software, including AI.

Role Overview



As a Key Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our strategic defence, government, and international clients, ensuring their requirements are understood and delivered with precision. You will take ownership of key relationships, driving account growth through trust, insight, and proactive engagement. Working closely with operations, engineering, and product teams, you will ensure seamless delivery and ongoing support of tailored UAV solutions that meet the highest standards of performance and reliability.

Farnham - Office-based (Some overseas travel may be required c.10%)

Key Responsibilities



Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients across Defence, Government, and International markets. Act as the single point of contact and trusted advisor to the customer, ensuring consistent and timely communication and support. Understand client requirements and translate them into actionable UAV solutions. Lead account planning, forecasting, and performance reviews for assigned accounts. Drive account growth by identifying upselling, cross-selling, and expansion opportunities. Capture customer feedback and user experiences, and work with the marketing team to produce case studies and success stories. Collaborate with engineering, operations, and product teams to ensure smooth delivery and ongoing customer support. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic account and product design decisions. Represent the company at industry events, demos, and client meetings.

Skills & Experience



Proven track record in key account management working with defence sector customers, preferably selling technology solutions into defence. Experience managing complex accounts with multiple stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to deliver account growth through upselling and expanding relationships. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a consultative and strategic approach. Experience of using a CRM system (e.g. Salesforce, Pipedrive, HubSpot). Project management experience or demonstrable ability to coordinate cross-functional teams. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Strong understanding of UAV systems and their applications.

Desirable



Experience working directly with international partners or distributors. Familiarity with defence or government procurement processes. Technical background, training, or operational experience in UAVs. Ability to achieve UK Security Check (SC) is desired
