About Us



Boundstone Nursery is a large maintained Nursery School which supports children and families in the Lancing Area of West Sussex; we are an important part of the community and pride ourselves in knowing each child as an individual.



We are a fully inclusive Nursery and as part of our provision we have a Special Support Centre which supports children with Speech and Language disorders.

Boundstone Nursery School is seeking to appoint a high quality, compassionate and committed Key Carer to join our Outstanding team.



We have a successful track record of supporting and developing staff to make sure they gain the skills and experience necessary to enable our young children to achieve great things.



We are looking for a Key Carer who has high expectations and lots of energy! You will need to be excited by teaching and learning in the Early Years; an understanding of best practice and be able to positively support our amazing children. Offering you the opportunity to bring your enthusiasm and skills to Boundstone, to ensure our children achieve their very best. Experience is essential.

What You Need to Succeed



To be successful in this role you will need:


Exemplary early years practice Experience of leadership within a team in a nursery or early years setting The ability to encourage and develop others to promote the best outcomes for children A deep understanding of child development and the EYFS framework Excellent communication and organisational skills Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to use your initiative to ensure the smooth running of the Nursery School Qualifications to at least Level 3, and ideally a degree or Early Years Practitioner/Teacher Status. A strong history and commitment to your own research and professional development
