We are looking for a

Hospitality Operations Administrator

to join AOK Events (accredited as being A Great Place to Work) in a key admin-heavy role to help deliver a large number of corporate hospitality event bookings. The role will also include assisting our accounts team and operational support for our live events team, during quieter hospitality periods.


AOK Events pride themselves on developing long-term successful relationships with our clients by excellent account management and project delivery. The Hospitality Operations Administrator will take an active role in developing client relationships via managing a high quantity of bookings to a high standard and delighting our clients.


The role is Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:30 with an option to work flexibly after probation. The Hospitality Operations Administrator could be expected to work on events outside of these hours and occasionally on weekends.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS ROLE TO INCLUDE:



Deliver excellent logistics and communication to AOK Events' clients Creating fact sheets and ticket letters for a high volume of bookings with strong attention to detail Assisting the accounts team - raising invoices / ensuring clients pay within payment terms etc. General sales administration, including management of our bespoke CRM system to ensure all data is up to date Build strong and long-standing relationships with clients as projects are planned and delivered Accurate and timely reconciling of all projects, ensuring profit margin Play a significant role in AOK Events achieving its yearly revenue target
