Overview:

As part of our Retail team, you'll be joining our store in Bicester Village as our Keyholder, on a permanent, full time/part time basis. You'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting our senior management team to achieve sales and operational goals.

What You'll Be Doing

Represent and uphold the REISS brand through personal presentation, behaviour, and professionalism. Support and guide the team in delivering brand values, silent service, and exceptional customer experiences. Assist in opening and closing the store safely and efficiently when required. Help drive sales performance by leading by example and motivating the team to achieve targets and KPIs. Build and nurture strong customer relationships to encourage loyalty. Maintain high standards of store presentation, cleanliness, and visual merchandising. Support the team through change and daily operational priorities, working effectively under pressure. Share product knowledge, styling expertise, and trend awareness to inspire customers and colleagues. Provide clear direction, recognise achievements, and offer constructive feedback.



Qualifications:

Qualifications

1 year minimum experience in a customer-focused key holder retail role, preferably within a premium or luxury fashion environment. Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service, building strong client relationships and driving sales through a personalised approach. Previous experience supporting store operations, including opening and closing the store and adhering to security procedures. Confidence in leading by example, supporting and motivating team members during trading hours. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage professionally with customers and colleagues. Highly organised and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail setting. Ability to remain calm and solution-focused under pressure, maintaining brand standards at all times. A proactive and flexible approach to work, with availability to support key trading periods, weekends, and peak hours. Passion for fashion and styling, with the ability to represent the Reiss brand image to the highest standard.
