Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and fashion-savvy

Key Holder

to join our menswear retail team. As a Key Holder, you will play a critical role in supporting store operations, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring the store opens and closes securely. This position is ideal for someone with retail experience who's ready to take the next step into leadership.

Key Responsibilities:Store Operations & Leadership:

Open and close the store according to company procedures. Act as the lead point of contact in the absence of the Store Manager or Supervisor. Support with delegating daily tasks to the team and ensuring completion. Monitor store floor for security, safety, and performance issues.

Customer Experience & Sales:

Deliver exceptional customer service, tailored to a menswear clientele. Build strong product knowledge to assist customers with wardrobe solutions and style advice. Support in achieving individual and store sales goals. Handle returns, exchanges, and customer concerns professionally.

Merchandising & Stock:

Assist with receiving and processing new inventory. Ensure visual standards are maintained and product is well-presented. Replenish floor stock and organize backroom efficiently. Support seasonal floor changes and promotional setups.

Cash Handling & Reporting:

Operate the POS system with accuracy and efficiency. Handle end-of-day cash reconciliation and secure safe deposits when required. Report any cash discrepancies or operational issues to management promptly.

Qualifications:

1-2 years of retail experience (menswear experience preferred). Proven reliability and ability to take on responsibility. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
