The Flour Pot Bakery is a retail and wholesale artisan bakery with 12 stores in Brighton, Hove and Worthing.

We are seeking a key holder to help run Flour Pot store on Sydney Street (central Brighton). The right candidate will have similar experience in a high quality cafe environment, have a good understanding and passion for the high end coffee world, with practical know-how around an espresso machine a must. Creating a fantastic customer experience and workplace environment for your team is crucial to this role, as well as personality, drive and a level head. You will also have the responsibility of opening and closing the site.

As well as being a barista and working the front of house, you will be responsible for opening and closing the building. Opens will include, ensuring that deliveries arrive on time and the store is set up to an excellent standard and ready to go for when the doors open. During the close down you will be responsible for ensuring that all closing checklists are followed and double checked, recording wastage and cashing up.

Opening hours

Monday - Saturday - 8am - 6pm

Sunday - 9am - 6pm

Shift patterns

7am - 4pm

9am - 6:15pm
