Position Summary:

The

Key Holder

plays a vital role in supporting daily store operations and ensuring a superior shopping experience. This position assists store leadership by opening and closing the store, overseeing sales floor activities, and supporting the team to achieve sales goals. The ideal candidate is reliable, fashion-conscious, and customer-focused, with leadership potential and a passion for menswear.

Responsibilities:

Open and close the store in accordance with company policies and procedures. Support the management team in achieving daily sales targets and KPIs. Deliver an exceptional customer experience through personalized styling and attentive service. Assist with visual merchandising and maintaining store presentation standards. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently. Handle cash deposits, register reconciliation, and key control responsibilities. Lead by example in driving sales and maintaining a positive team atmosphere. Train and support new associates as needed. Ensure loss prevention and security policies are followed. Maintain a thorough knowledge of current promotions, product lines, and company policies.

Qualifications:

1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in fashion or menswear. Previous key holder or supervisory experience is a plus. Strong customer service and sales skills. Reliable, responsible, and trustworthy with excellent attention to detail. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for menswear, styling, and creating a great in-store experience.
