Must be able to commit to 4 days including weekend at a minimum.

Our opening hours are 9:30am till 7:00pm and we are open 7 days a week.

We are looking for an experienced Team Member with barista experience who is looking to take on some more responsibilities, the perfect candidate is someone who is friendly and passionate about customer service looking to join our team on a flexible or full time basis to help lead the daily running of the soft play centre in Bridgeton, just outside the city centre.

Key responsibilities:

Engaging with customers and children with a fun friendly attitude Answering the phone , dealing with enquiries and taking messages Taking children party bookings over the phone and within the centre Making hot drinks and serving food till operation and taking food orders Stock rotation General store duties and cleaning Keeping an eye on staff to ensure they are performing and staying on task Boosting morale of the team to ensure the customers have an exceptional party experience each and everyday Reporting any issues back to management Key Holding responsibilities

Skills required:

Leadership and decision making High level of customer service Work well under pressure in a fast paced environment Excellent communication and understanding of priorities Delegating jobs to the team and ensure that the team work efficiently within their time Keen eye to ensure the high standard of cleaning and hygiene carried throughout the centre

Experience preferred:

Previous Leadership experience

Experience required:

Previous Barista/coffee shop experience Previous Customer service experience

Pay: 12.21-13.00 per hour
