Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible, fashion-forward, and customer-focused

Key Holder

to join our menswear retail team. As a Key Holder, you will play a vital role in supporting the store's daily operations, opening and closing the store, and leading the team when management is not present. This is a great opportunity for someone with retail experience who is ready to take on more responsibility and grow within a dynamic menswear environment.

Key Responsibilities:Store Operations

Open and close the store securely, following all procedures and policies. Support day-to-day operations including sales, stock handling, and visual merchandising. Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually aligned with brand standards.

Sales & Customer Service

Deliver an exceptional in-store experience through knowledgeable and personalized customer service. Support the achievement of sales targets and KPIs. Assist with styling and product recommendations tailored to the customer's needs and lifestyle.

Leadership Support

Act as a shift leader in the absence of management. Provide guidance and support to team members on the floor. Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate when necessary.

Inventory & Merchandising

Participate in stock receiving, tagging, and replenishment. Maintain organized back stock and help execute seasonal visual updates. Ensure product knowledge is up to date across new arrivals, collections, and promotions.

Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum 1 year of retail experience (fashion or menswear preferred). Previous key holder or shift leader experience is a plus. Strong customer service and communication skills. Responsible, punctual, and dependable. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
