We are seeking a responsible, style-savvy, and customer-focused
Key Holder
to join our menswear retail team. As a Key Holder, you will play a crucial role in supporting daily store operations, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the store meets sales and operational goals. You will be trusted with opening and closing the store, supervising shifts, and acting as a leader in the absence of management.
Key Responsibilities:
Open and close the store according to company procedures.
Provide outstanding customer service through in-depth knowledge of menswear styles, fits, and trends.
Assist customers with purchases, fitting room needs, and styling recommendations.
Drive sales by achieving personal and store goals, upselling, and cross-selling products.
Support store leadership in daily operations including inventory management, merchandising, and maintaining store cleanliness.
Train and mentor new and existing team members on product knowledge and customer service standards.
Handle cash register transactions accurately and efficiently.
Monitor and enforce loss prevention procedures.
Act as a role model and uphold company policies, standards, and visual merchandising guidelines.
Qualifications:
Previous retail experience, preferably in fashion or menswear.
Prior key holder or supervisory experience is a strong plus.
Passion for menswear, fashion, and customer service.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Dependable and trustworthy with strong organizational skills.
