Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and motivated Retail Key Holder to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for retail. This role involves supporting the Store Manager in daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales performance. The Retail Key Holder will also play a key role in supervising staff and maintaining an organised store environment.

Responsibilities

Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring adherence to company policies. Lead, motivate, and supervise the retail team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service. Communicate effectively with team members and customers. Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock management to ensure optimal product availability. Implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth while maintaining high standards of presentation within the store. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly, fostering a positive shopping experience. Collaborate with management on promotional activities and merchandising initiatives.

Requirements

Proven experience in retail or a similar supervisory role. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a diverse team. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; multilingual or bilingual abilities are advantageous. Proficient organisational skills with attention to detail in managing store operations. Ability to sell effectively while providing exceptional customer service. Familiarity with sales techniques and best practices in retail environments. A positive attitude towards teamwork and collaboration in a fast-paced setting.
