Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and fashion-savvy

Key Holder

to join our menswear retail team. As a Key Holder, you will support the daily operations of the store, act as a role model on the sales floor, and take on key responsibilities such as opening and closing the store. You will help drive sales, deliver excellent customer service, and ensure our store reflects the high standards of the brand.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Store Operations

Open and close the store following all company procedures. Assist with daily cash handling, banking, and till reconciliation. Ensure the store is clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times.

2. Customer Experience

Deliver exceptional service with a focus on styling and product knowledge in menswear. Assist customers with purchases, fittings, and styling advice. Build rapport with clients and contribute to customer loyalty and retention.

3. Sales & Product Knowledge

Help achieve daily and weekly sales targets. Stay up to date on current trends, collections, and product features. Support promotional campaigns and in-store events.

4. Team Support

Support and motivate team members during shifts. Act as the lead on duty in the absence of a manager or supervisor. Provide guidance to new or less experienced staff.

5. Inventory & Visual Merchandising

Assist with stock management, receiving deliveries, and restocking. Maintain visual merchandising and presentation standards. Help with stock counts and loss prevention efforts.

Requirements:

Previous retail experience, preferably in menswear or fashion. Trustworthy and responsible with a proven ability to manage keys and store security. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for fashion, menswear, and customer service. Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
