We are now looking for a new Keyholder/Sales Assistant in our Grand Central store; Joining our 5000 stores in 90 countries worldwide. This globally renowned lifestyle brand represents style and quality, selling a wide range of products from stationery, hobby crafts and personal care to media, toys and games amongst many other exciting products - all at great value for money.
As a Keyholder/Sales Assistant you set the example to the wider sales assistant team. As Keyholder/Sales Assistant you are responsible for delivering best in class customer service. Whilst also being the reliable go to Sales Assistant whenever extra support is required.
Responsibilities
Deliver fantastic customer service
Deputise for management and support store operations through store opens and closes when required (and receive Team Leader payrate whenever this is required!)
