Job Overview



We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Key Stage 2 Primary Teacher to teach in Key Stage 2 within a Primary School in Salford.


The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for young learners.


This Key Stage 2 Primary Teacher role requires a commitment to fostering students' academic, social, and emotional development while implementing engaging lesson plans aligned with the curriculum. This is a long term role that will continue until the end of the academic year.


Key Stage 2 Primary Teacher Duties




Educate students in core subjects such as literacy, numeracy, and science through interactive and innovative teaching methods. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure a collaborative approach to education. Implement behaviour management strategies to maintain a positive classroom environment conducive to learning. Develop and adapt lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of students, ensuring all learners are engaged and supported. Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to help them achieve their academic goals. Collaborate with other educators and staff to enhance the overall educational experience for students.

Key Stage 2 Primary Teacher Skills




Strong communication skills to effectively convey information and engage with students of varying abilities. Proficiency in behaviour management techniques to create a respectful and orderly classroom atmosphere. Knowledge of early childhood education principles to support the developmental needs of young learners. Ability to educate using diverse teaching strategies that accommodate different learning styles. A passion for nurturing children's growth academically, socially, and emotionally.
