Responsibilities

Deliver customised tutoring sessions to students based on their individual learning needs and goals Develop effective lesson plans and educational materials to facilitate understanding and retention of subject matter Assess students' progress regularly and adapt teaching strategies accordingly Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment that promotes confidence and motivation Communicate effectively with students, parents, and educators regarding progress and areas for improvement Maintain organised records of tutoring sessions, attendance, and student achievements Support students in developing study skills, organisational strategies, and academic confidence

Requirements

Proven experience in tutoring or teaching, preferably with children or individuals with special educational needs Strong knowledge of core academic subjects relevant to the role Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain concepts clearly and patiently Experience working with children or in special education settings is highly desirable Organised, reliable, and able to adapt teaching methods to suit individual learning styles Passionate about supporting student development and fostering a love of learning Must be able to commit to scheduled tutoring sessions consistently

Pay: 20.03-35.02 per hour
