Job Description

As a Warehouse & FLT Operative (Freezer) youll be absolutely key to the operation! Youll be supported and trained up to do a variety of warehouse tasks, such as bringing products in, picking stock, replenishing and putting away goods, driving a forklift truck and loading stock for despatch.
Youll work safely and carefully, with food and health and safety policies in mind every day, so that our products are looked after and arrive in the best condition at store ready for our customers. Well train you on a variety of tasks to make sure youre ready to provide top quality products our customers love.
This is a freezer environment and you will be working in up to -25xc2xb0C, you'll be provided with full protective gear, with increased break times to ensure you're able to work effectively in this fast-moving department. Break details: 3 breaks on each shift (1 x 30 min break and 2 additional 20 min breaks).

About you
Youll be the kind of person who:
Loves working as part of a team and enjoys working in a fast paced environment
Is happy in an active role and has a good level of fitness
Is able to work in an environment of minus 25 degrees
Takes pride in completing tasks to the best of your ability
Has previous experience of working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and understands relevant processes, systems and equipment (desirable)
Can work to the shifts outlined in the advert above, which will typically include shift working (days, lates or nights) and will include some weekend working
As this role is within a freezer environment, full protective clothing is provided including freezer quality safety footwear, salopettes, thermals, coat, gloves and glove liners.
