The Employer Services Resourcer is responsible for identifying, shortlisting and pre-screening candidates for the recruitment process sourced by our Employer Services team. This role will play a key part in supporting participants in moving into new career and job opportunities and provide general administrative support to the recruitment function. You will support the team with large, regional employers to secure bulk vacancies. Additionally, you will work collaboratively with the Employer Services Senior/Consultants to fill as many roles as possible through our caseload of participants, including those who have completed training and those involved in employer-led training courses.

Required criteria:
A minimum of 2 years' experience supporting individuals with disabilities, neurodivergence and/or complex needs.
Proven experience in providing support within both a group environment and one-to-one basis, where all individuals have different learning needs and with a dynamic and creative approach.
Proven experience in delivering soft skills to aide a personalised approach for individuals to progress, including supporting those with significant anxiety, low confidence, self-esteem.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to connect with participants from diverse backgrounds.
Patience, empathy, and the ability to motivate and adapt training strategies to meet individual needs and change mindsets.
Comfortable using instructional technology tools and resources to enhance language instruction and engage learners in digital learning environments.
Ability to evaluate individual progress toward their goals, adjusting support strategies as needed.

Relationship Management
Build and maintain relationships with varying organisations to promote the support available through the programme and maximise repeat referrals in line with the Key Performance Indicators (KPI's).
To identify relevant specialist support available as required by individuals on programme and maintain relationships.
To identify opportunities that match the caseload requirements and capabilities, through community-based support groups.
Promote and create an awareness of the entire range of Triage services including work experience/trial opportunities, vocational and accredited training as well as support filling vacancies.
Represents Triage at external meetings to keep abreast of opportunities in the area and maintain links with other providers and partner organisations.
