We are currently looking to expand our team and are recruiting for the following position:
Key Worker (Intervention services South Eastern area)
As a Key Worker within ASCERT's Sustaining Tenancies team you will provide a flexible, high quality and needs-led support service for people with mild to moderate mental health and co-existing substance use needs (dual diagnosis), who are at risk of homelessness or losing their tenancy. This will be delivered by providing a range of emotional, social, and practical support, in liaison with other agencies. This is confidential support to adults aged 18 and over and their families to reduce the harm caused by substance use and mental health.
