Coed Du Hall - Our Hospital

Nestled in over 100 acres of open countryside and mature woodlands, Coed Du Hall is a small independent hospital located on the outskirts of Mold, Flintshire, North Wales, providing a unique service for adults with mental health issues whether informal or detained under the Mental Health Act.

As a key worker you will be required to have previous experience working with adults with mental health conditions, and will be a key part of their rehabilitation journey. If you don't already have QCF level 3, we will support you to start it within your first 6 months with us.

Individuals with a passion for an activity they would like to share with our patients e.g. gardening, music, dance, art, cooking, writing etc.

Key Responsibilities

include:

To provide the highest standard of support for our patients Promote independence and follow rehabilitation care planning to promote independence in a person centred, individualistic manner Provide emotional support and develop trusting relationships with our patients Supporting patients to access appointments in the community when required Have a sound understanding of rehabilitation and individual needs

As a key worker you will be expected to work alternate weekends.

Pay: 13.30 per hour
