PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
To support the Manager/ Assistant/Supervisor in leading the Customer Facing role. Team in providing an Amazing Customer Experience in the shop.
RESPONSIBILITIES
To be able to run the store in the absence of the Manager and Assistant Manager and Supervisor.
Drive Productivity - conversion rates, sales, Customer Data Capture,
Develop - sales team through training and product knowledge
To ensure you instil Farah brand behaviours when dealing with all areas of the store and business.
Support in terms of cashing up the tills, be able to follow the banking procedures and all other administrational duties.
Be able to lock up the store at night and take responsibility to ensure everything is secure before leaving the shop.
MEASURES OF SUCCESS
Financial Targets: Achieving and succeeding sales targets, controlling costs to Budget (GPA)
Performance in Mystery Shoppers target 80%
CONNNECTING WITH OTHERS
Including HR -Planning Team - Operations - Visual Merchandising Manager - Retail coordinating Manager - Retail Administration
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
To demonstrate People management skills.
Proven ability to train, develop.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proven ability to increase sales
Demonstrate sound commercial and brand awareness.
Proven ability to drive and maintain exceptional customer service standards
EXPERIENCE
Proven strong performance within a store role ideally in the apparel industry
Ideally a Key Holder before
Technical proficiency with systems
