Job Description

The 1936 Pub Co are looking for a keyholder to join the team at The Red Lion, Slater Street

Weekend availability is essential - and experience in cask and cellar management is preferred but not 100% necessary, as we consider the right personality, work ethic, and willingness to learn far more important!

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Opening the venue to a high standard

- Serving drinks and creating a welcoming and friendly environment for both staff and customers

- Food safety management

- Cellar cleanliness, stock organisation, and managing deliveries

- Reporting disciplinary issues to the general manager and following the correct procedures

- Helping to resolve and report venue issues

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From 12.50 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
