We are seeking a passionate, keyholders to work in our new pop up store in the Livingstone Designer Outlet Centre opening in October 2025. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who will provide an enjoyable, outstanding customer experience and truly represent the Ravensburger brand through showcasing our products and our values by being creative, curious, caring and playful.
Tasks and responsibilities:
Creating a best in class experience for customers
Selling Ravensburger's products on the shop floor.
Contribute to the wider performance of the store to ensure KPIs are met
Continuous familiarisation with the product range
Ensure the store has an attractive presentation of goods
Advise and support customers
Requirements:
Similar experience within a retail or service environment
Track record in providing excellent customer experiences
Experience dealing with a cash register and customer payment
Excellent communication skills, able to build relationships with a diverse range of customers
Results oriented and proud to be contribute to the team by achieving store goals and objectives
Independence, reliability, ability to work in a team and under pressure as well as a confident appearance
Willingness to work weekends and flexible working hours
