Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company policies. Supervise and mentor team members, fostering a positive work environment. Manage sales strategies and merchandising efforts to optimise product placement and increase revenue. Conduct regular performance evaluations, providing constructive feedback to enhance team performance. Maintain effective communication with staff, addressing any issues or concerns promptly. Organise training sessions for new hires and ongoing development for existing employees. Implement time management strategies to ensure tasks are completed efficiently. Handle administrative duties, including scheduling, reporting, and inventory management.

Skills

Proven experience in management, with a strong background in supervising teams. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are advantageous for effective communication with diverse clientele. Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others. Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, including phone etiquette. Experience in retail management or sales management is preferred. Proficient in merchandising techniques to enhance product visibility and sales performance. Strong time management capabilities to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Administrative experience is beneficial for managing office-related responsibilities.
