Responsibilities
Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and tea beverages according to established recipes and standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee station and surrounding areas to ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
Assist with food preparation, including pastries and light snacks, while adhering to hygiene standards.
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders accurately, and handling payments efficiently.
Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours while maintaining product quality.
Keep track of inventory levels and assist in restocking supplies as needed.
Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment.
Skills
Previous barista experience is essential; training will be provided.
Strong understanding of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change accurately.
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
