Job description:



Adventa are recruiting a My-Moments Support IT Technician for their office located in Newtown. The exciting and varied role involves offering technical customer support, problem solving IT issues with kiosks and installing new equipment into new attractions and sports clubs in the UK.

The position is full time. Due to the variation in the role, the candidate will need to be strong at IT, willing to learn and with a highly technical mindset. A keen interest in software and development would be an asset. Attention to detail is essential, as we work with top-league football clubs and attractions around the world.

MyMoments is growing rapidly, and requires individuals who are willing to learn and develop with the brand in this exciting role.

Responsibilities:



Working closely with the My-Moments Team to ensure all components are branded and prepared for a location/installation Ensure Kiosks, Print Stations and Touch Screen displays are built, branded and configured and available for rapid deployment Visit sites around the country as required Train staff on-site with product assembly, printer consumables, FAQs and troubleshooting To be included on an intermittent weekend remote support rota. Provide first-line support for technical issues related to hardware and software. Troubleshoot and resolve system malfunctions, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption. Assist with updating and maintaining kiosk APP designs utilizing CSS software coding for styling and presentation.

Good knowledge and keen interest in IT. 100% positive alignment with the company values (Willing, Accountable and Adventurous) Good team player and motivator Proactively use initiative to overcome roadblocks, with the mindset of what is best for the customer. Valid driving license for on-site visits. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. Willing to learn simple CSS coding. CSS knowledge desirable. Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on IT troubleshooting.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 25,000.00-36,000.00 per year
