Position Overview:

We are looking for a hands-on, motivated

Kiosk Manager

to lead the daily running of our Sushi & Japanese Food Kiosk inside a well-known supermarket chain. This role combines leadership, organisation, and teamwork -- ensuring high standards in food quality, stock control, and customer service, while supporting and developing your team.

Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day kiosk operations including food production, stock management, and customer service. Lead, support, and train team members to deliver consistent quality and excellent service. Manage stock levels and wastage, completing weekly counts and ensuring smooth deliveries. Assist with rota planning, staff holidays, and daily task organisation. Maintain strict food hygiene and safety standards, leading by example. Drive sales by ensuring bestsellers are prioritised and production meets demand. Step in when needed to cover emergency shifts and support other counters.

Qualifications & Skills:

Previous experience in a management, supervisory or senior team role (food retail/hospitality preferred). Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage stock and schedules. Confident leader with a focus on motivating and supporting a team. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to food safety standards. Flexible and proactive, with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
