We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join our kiosk team. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our customers while ensuring the highest standards of food preparation and safety. Responsibilities

Prepare sushi and street food items within our kiosk in Asda Newton Mearns according to established recipes and standards, ensuring consistency and quality. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kiosk and customer fridge, adhering to food safety regulations. Serve customers with a friendly and positive attitude, taking orders accurately and efficiently. Assist in upselling menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. Maintain accurate food safety records throughout the working day. Participate in training sessions to improve culinary skills and knowledge of food safety practices. Manage time effectively to complete tasks within designated timeframes while maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications

Previous kitchen experience is preferred, particularly in food preparation although not essential and training will be provided on site. Basic culinary skills and kitchen experience are advantageous for this position. Understanding of food safety principles and practices is essential. Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a busy environment. Excellent communication skills, with a focus on providing outstanding customer service.
