Kitchen Academy Administrator
Part Time - 28 hrs per week
Based at the Kitchen Academy at Blake's Lock in Reading.
30,000 Pro Rata - 28 hours per week

We're really excited to share that our Kitchen Academy refurbishment is underway, and we're aiming to have it ready for training sessions in time for the Autumn/Winter menu launch.
We're now looking for a proactive and organised Kitchen Academy Administrator to help us bring this space to life. This is a key role in ensuring the Academy runs smoothly, looks its best, and delivers a first-class experience for everyone who walks through the door.
You'll work closely with the Kitchen Academy team to coordinate sessions and activities, making sure everything is set up and ready to go. You'll also be the welcoming face of the Academy, greeting chefs and visitors attending training sessions and cook-offs. So, if you're friendly, approachable, and love working with a variety of people, this could be the perfect fit.
We're looking for someone who's confident working independently, highly organised, and ideally has experience in site maintenance and health & safety.
This is a part-time role, with working hours agreed based on Academy needs and your availability. As you'll often be welcoming delegates in the morning, an early start would be ideal. Some flexibility will be needed, especially around training sessions and events.
You'll report to the Learning & Development Manager, and the role will be based at our newly refurbished Training Academy in Reading, formerly The Narrowboat, Blake's Lock, RG1 3EQ.
