Kitchen & Bathroom Sales Designer

to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a thriving, well-established business during a period of expansion.

The Role

As a Sales Designer, you'll guide customers through the full design and sales journey, helping them bring their dream bathroom to life. From the first consultation to final installation, you'll combine creativity, technical expertise, and customer care to deliver an outstanding experience. While the role is primarily focused on bathrooms, knowledge of kitchens is a real advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct home visits to measure spaces and understand customer needs. Welcome clients into the showroom, inspiring them with our displays and samples. Create professional, functional, and stylish bathroom designs using

ArtiCAD

software. Prepare detailed quotes and adapt them to client requirements. Manage the sales process from enquiry through to completion, ensuring a smooth and positive experience. Place orders and liaise with suppliers to guarantee timely product delivery. Follow up on leads, generate new opportunities, and contribute to business growth. Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets.

About You

Proven track record in kitchen and/or bathroom design and sales. Strong design flair with excellent attention to detail. Confident using

ArtiCAD

, plus experience with

Pipedrive/TruBlue

(or similar CRM systems). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently as well as in a team. Proactive, keen to learn, and up to date with the latest bathroom trends. Full UK Driving Licence required.

Working Hours

Full-time, 5 days per week Saturdays required One day off during the week (as per team rota)
