Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Kitchen and Pantry Assistant to join our team. As a Kitchen Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our kitchen operations and ensuring the smooth running of our culinary services. You will be expected also to get involved in our pantry team to ensure that cleanliness of our service is maintained maintaining stock of kitchen related items - at all times. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for the hospitality industry to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment. We specialise in providing service to Dementia and Alzheimer patients.

Kitchen Responsibilities will include:
- Assist in food preparation and cooking under the supervision of the kitchen staff & cooking of basic foods
- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas
- Stock and organize ingredients and supplies
- Assist with receiving and storing deliveries
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the kitchen at all times
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient workflow

- Help in preparing tea trolley and serve our patients.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred
- Knowledge of basic food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
