Job Description
:
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Assistant to join our busy kitchen team. You will support chefs and other kitchen staff by maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring all equipment and work areas meet hygiene standards. This role is vital to keeping our kitchen running smoothly during busy service periods.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with basic food preparation such as washing, peeling, and chopping ingredients. Keep work surfaces, equipment, and utensils clean and organised. Wash dishes, pots, and pans promptly during and after service. Assist in unloading and storing deliveries. Ensure all cleaning schedules and hygiene regulations are followed. Support chefs and colleagues as required during service.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a kitchen environment is desirable but not essential. Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure. Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: Up to 12.21 per hour
