We have an exciting new vacancy for a Kitchen Assistant to join our team at one of the largest hotels in the Britannia chain, Norbreck Castle Hotel & Spa Blackpool. With 487 rooms, Norbreck Castle is located on the quieter side of the promenade, near charming villages like Bispham and Thornton-Cleveleys. The hotel is easily accessible by public transportation from Blackpool.

Your duties will include:

Support chefs with cooking tasks, including preparation and assembling salads and desserts. Maintain the buffet ensuring all items are topped up and looking fresh. Ensure all operating equipment, crockery, cutlery and glassware are thoroughly cleaned and safely stored. Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the highest standards of hygiene are met. Perform any other reasonable tasks as required by your line manager.

The ideal candidate will be organised and punctual, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
