We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Assistant to join our team. Responsibilities

Assist in meal preparation and food preparation tasks, including chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients. Support chefs in cooking and plating dishes to ensure timely service. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including washing dishes and sanitising surfaces. Follow food safety guidelines to ensure all food is stored and handled properly. Participate in catering Assist in serving meals during busy periods, providing excellent customer service.

Skills

Previous kitchen experience is essential Familiarity with food safety practices and regulations. Experience in catering or restaurant environments is an advantage. Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting. Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude. Willingness to learn and adapt to new cooking techniques and kitchen procedures.
