Are you passionate and dedicated to assisting with kitchen duties, from cleaning to supporting chefs and everything in between? We're looking for a Kitchen Assistant to become an integral part of our team, ensuring the smooth and clean operation of our culinary operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to start or continue building a career in the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in Food Preparation: Assist in the basic cooking of raw ingredients, including the blanching of vegetables and meats.

- Follow Safety Guidelines: Adhere to all food safety and health and safety protocols such as COSHH and HACCP regulations as well as infection control guidelines.

- Support Hygienic Operations: Assist in keeping food service and preparation areas clean and hygienic to the highest standards.

- Flexibility in Tasks: Assist with various other tasks as required by the kitchen team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

Requirements:

- Right to work in the UK.

- Previous experience in a similar role preferred.

- A commitment to maintaining high cleanliness and hygiene standards.

- Knowledge of COSHH Legislation and health and safety in a kitchen environment.

- Applicants should be able to guarantee at least 30 hours of work per week.

- Flexibility and willingness to take on various tasks as required.
