Duties

Assist with meal preparation and food presentation Maintain cleanliness of work surfaces, utensils, and kitchen equipment in accordance with food safety standards Help with the organisation of stock, including storage of ingredients and supplies Follow health and safety regulations diligently to ensure a safe working environment Assist with washing up, cleaning dishes, pots, pans, and other kitchenware Support the team during busy periods by providing efficient assistance wherever needed

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or catering environment is desirable; willingness to learn is key Basic knowledge of food safety practices and hygiene standards Experience with meal preparation, food handling, and kitchen organisation preferred Good organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team Flexibility to work during busy periods; punctuality is essential A genuine interest in culinary arts and customer service skills are advantageous

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 15.00-16.50 per hour
