We're looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Kitchen Assistant to join our team. You'll play a key role in preparing our signature boards and small plates, ensuring the kitchen runs smoothly, and supporting front-of-house staff during busy service periods.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation and plating of cheese and charcuterie boards, tapas, and small dishes Portion and assemble ingredients according to set menus and presentation standards Maintain a clean, organised, and hygienic work environment at all times Assist in receiving and storing deliveries Support with dishwashing and general kitchen duties as needed Help with restocking and prep ahead of service Communicate effectively with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth and timely service Uphold food safety, hygiene, and health regulations

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in a kitchen or food prep environment (preferred but not essential) Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation Ability to work efficiently under pressure, especially during busy service A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn Passion for great food and an appreciation for artisan ingredients Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
Job Types: Part-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: 11.44-11.45 per hour
