Kitchen Assistant Full Time
Job Description
We are a team passionate about Spicy Noodles from Chongqing, Southwest of China. In 2018 we started our food stall at Brick Lane, and now we are collaborating with pubs and serve lunch/dinner in central London. In 2019, we have started to collaborate with the Jackalope, a British pub in Marylebone. The collaboration has been critically reviewed by Marina O'Loughlin on Sunday Times and mentioned multiple times on TopJaw. We are now hiring more talents to join our journey.
Requirements:

3.Quick Learner and can work under pressure
4.Share the love of Chongqing spicy food
You will need to:
Assist store manager to prepare food and cook on various equipment
Help to wash up, clean the kitchen and clean the tables
Adhere to food and hygiene requirements
It would be a plus:
Be able to communicate the menu and use the till to take customer orders
Ensure great customer experience and deal with any customer issues.
Salary:from 12.21/hr (Qualified candidate as kitchen team leader can earn up to 15/hr)
Time commitment:
Full-time: 38 - 45 hours
Location:Close to Oxford Circus
