At Eat Ping, we believe in the magic of blending authentic South & East Asian flavors with a modern approach to nutrition and convenience. Our aim? To make Asian food accessible, healthy, and delicious without compromising on taste. We're at a unique point of our growth where every day counts, and every role shapes the future of our business. We launched an online only food delivery option in October and feedback has been resounding so far. It's motivated us to set up central kitchen operations and look to scale this in the new year.

The Role

We're seeking an experienced Sous Chef who thrives in a high-volume, batch-cooking environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of nutritional cooking and meal prep operations, with the ability to produce consistent, high-quality meals efficiently. We want someone with experience in Asian cuisine, and in making beverages as well - someone who is passionate about creating flavorful, balanced dishes that align with our vision.

We have a chef onboard already, your role will be to work under him, learn all his recipes and act as an independent member of the kitchen.

Your Responsibilities

We're hiring a

Kitchen Assistant

to support our kitchen team! Your role includes:

Washing & sanitizing

pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.

Assisting food prep

(chopping, portioning, storing ingredients).

Packaging & sealing

meals to meet quality standards.

Keeping the kitchen clean

and following hygiene regulations.

Helping with deliveries & stock management

as needed.

What We're Looking For

Physical Stamina

- Can handle a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Reliability & Punctuality

- A strong work ethic and dependability.

Hygiene & Cleanliness

- Attention to food safety and sanitation.

Teamwork & Communication

- Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively.

Basic Food Prep Skills

- Experience with chopping, portioning, or willingness to learn.
