We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Assistant to support our culinary team in delivering high-quality meals and maintaining a clean, organised kitchen environment. Duties

Assist with food preparation and meal assembly in accordance with established recipes and standards Support the catering team in preparing ingredients and organising kitchen stations Maintain cleanliness and organisation of all kitchen areas, including washing dishes, utensils, and equipment Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times Assist with serving food to customers or guests as required Help with stock rotation, inventory checks, and restocking supplies Follow health and safety procedures diligently to prevent accidents or contamination Support the team during busy periods by providing additional assistance where needed

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant, catering, or kitchen environment is desirable but not essential; training will be provided Knowledge of food preparation techniques and basic cooking skills are advantageous Familiarity with food safety standards and hygiene practices is preferred Experience in meal preparation, food service, or related roles will be beneficial for success in this position

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From 12.50 per hour
