Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support our kitchen operations by preparing & serving food ensuring our guests receive top-notch service. Your contribution will help us maintain our reputation for great hospitality and quality offerings.

Responsibilities

Assist in food preparation and meal assembly to support kitchen operations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area. Ensure food safety standards are consistently met. Support the culinary team with ingredient handling and basic cooking tasks. Help with stock rotation and inventory management. Follow health and safety regulations at all times. Contribute to a positive team environment by collaborating effectively. Provide excellent service to ensure guest satisfaction. Provide assistance with the bar team when needed.

Qualifications

Previous experience in catering, cooking, or restaurant environments is preferred. Knowledge of food safety standards. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Flexibility to assist with various kitchen tasks as needed. Enthusiasm for hospitality and customer service. Basic culinary skills are advantageous. Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.25-15.00 per hour
