Responsibilities

Assist in food preparation and meal assembly according to established recipes and standards Cook dishes efficiently while maintaining quality and presentation Support the kitchen team in maintaining cleanliness and organisation of work areas Follow food safety protocols diligently to ensure hygiene standards are met Prepare ingredients and assist with portioning for service periods Ensure all kitchen equipment is used safely and maintained properly Contribute to a positive team environment by collaborating effectively with colleagues Assist with serving customers when required, providing excellent customer service

Skills

Experience in food preparation, cooking, or kitchen operations preferred Knowledge of food safety standards and practices Previous restaurant or catering experience is advantageous Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy service times Strong organisational skills with attention to detail Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude Willingness to learn new techniques and adapt to different culinary styles

Pay: 14.50-15.50 per hour
