Overview:

We are seeking a reliable Kitchen Assistant to support a care home kitchen team. This role involves assisting with basic food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring hygiene standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with meal preparation and service. Maintain kitchen cleanliness in line with health and safety regulations. Support the kitchen team with day-to-day tasks. Follow hygiene and food safety standards.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential. Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions. Flexibility with working hours.

An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service is Mandatory.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
