What We Are Looking For...
We are seeking a enthusiastic Kitchen Assistant to join our expanding team on a part time basis. Working within our Kitchen Team, we need passionate individuals with high standards, who thrive in working in a fast paced environment and have a desire to help with creating memorable dining experiences for our guests.
The Role Involves...
Assist chefs with the preparation and cooking of ingredients
Ensure proper food practices are followed, with safe storage, handling & sanitisation practices are followed
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area
Work well within the team to create a positive and productive work culture
Assist with stock management, ensuring deliveries are properly stored, organising the store room and rotating stock in accordance with expiration dates.

Qualifications...
Level 2 in Food Hygiene (Ideal, however training can be given)
Previous kitchen experience in a commercial setting
