Kitchen Assistant

to join our friendly team.

We're looking for someone who can support the preparation and presentation of the delicious dishes served in our cafe. If you have a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of food hygiene, and enjoy working as part of a team, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role

As a Kitchen Assistant, you'll be responsible for consistently preparing items from our menu to a high standard. You'll also be expected to learn about our menu and allergens so you can assist with customer queries and contribute to our great customer service.

Knowledge of food preparation and presentation Experience in a kitchen or hospitality setting Willingness to learn and try new things Confident in answering queries and using your initiative Ability to remain calm under pressure A team player who is flexible and adaptable Previous experience in a customer-facing role

Hours

This is a

part-time role of 22.5 hours per week

(3 shifts), with weekend availability essential. There may be an opportunity to increase to full-time hours (5 shifts per week) for the right candidate.

Pay: 12.21 per hour
